Sweepstakes: Terms and Conditions
HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH is organizing an online sweepstakes. Participation in the online sweepstakes is subject to the following terms and conditions.
I. General Conditions of Participation

The sweepstakes is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or organized in any way by Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter. Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter are merely platforms on which HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH markets online sweepstakes promotions. The recipient of the information provided is not Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter, but HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH. All questions, comments and/or complaints should be directed exclusively to HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH.
All persons over the age of 18 residing in the Federal Republic of Germany are eligible to participate. Participants require an Internet connection and an active profile on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter to participate. Participation requires the truthful provision of personal data of the respective participants. Each participant can only participate in the prize draw in his/her own name and only once per prize draw.
Employees of HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH, employees of companies or the group of companies of the HELLA Group and employees of The Drivery GmbH, as well as sweepstakes partners, including members of the aforementioned groups, are not authorized to participate in the online sweepstakes.
Participation in the online sweepstakes is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. Furthermore, participation and the chances of winning are not dependent on subscription to a newsletter.
The online sweepstakes will be published on the company Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter social media pages of (1) HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH and (2) DEEP BERLIN.
As part of the launch of the new DEEP BERLIN design, participants must find out which message—consisting of a word and a number—can be seen in a picture and send the answer to email@example.com. For better problem solving, the area where the message is hidden is marked. If this information is insufficient and submissions are not received, a second post will be posted within 10 business days on the company Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter social media pages of (1) HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH and (2) DEEP BERLIN, where another tip for the solution will be provided.
4. Disqualification Due to Violation of Rules
Any violation or suspicion of a violation of these terms and conditions shall entitle HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH to exclude the respective participant from participation in the online sweepstakes. This applies in particular if a participant
- violates the terms and conditions of participation and/or tampers with the implementation of the online sweepstakes
- provides false or untruthful information or uses photos or other content that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties
- uses information and/or photos that glorify violence, are offensive, harassing or derogatory, or may be considered as such.
In the event of such disqualification from the sweepstakes, the prize may also be retroactively denied and recalled.
5. Participation Period
The online sweepstakes will begin at 10:00 a.m. CET on April 19, 2021 and end at 11:59 p.m. CET on May 7, 2021.
The prize is free use of a “fixed desk at The Drivery GmbH premises with associated benefits, plus non-exclusive access to an Nvidia DGX V100 through the Drivery network via SSH.” The use shall be valid for a period of 30 days and can be redeemed by prior arrangement with the organizer.

As a precautionary measure, we would like to point out that the requirements listed below apply in order to redeem the prize: The winner must be in possession of a smartphone on which the “The Drivery” app and the “Slack” app can be downloaded and are functional. This is a basic requirement for access to and use of the premises of The Drivery GmbH and for communication with The Drivery GmbH.
7. Prize Draw Date
The winner will be publicly named on the company Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter social media pages of (1) HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH and (2) DEEP BERLIN at 10:00 a.m. CET on May 17, 2021, and will also be notified via private email from HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH.
8. Determination of the Winner
The winner will be randomly drawn from all participants with the correct solution.
The winner’s first and last name will be published via posts on the company Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter social media pages of (1) HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH and (2) DEEP BERLIN. The winner will have four (4) business days after notification to accept the prize. The winner can confirm their acceptance by sending the correct address information in a timely fashion to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. If the prize is not accepted in time, the claim to the prize will be forfeited without compensation. In that case, the prize will be raffled among the participants again.
9. Excluded Methods of Prize Distribution
Cash payments in lieu of any prize are excluded. The right to win is not transferable and cannot be exchanged.
10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Participation and Termination of the Sweepstakes
HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the terms and conditions of participation and the online sweepstakes at any time without prior notice or reason. It may invoke this option if the proper holding of the online sweepstakes can no longer be guaranteed due to technical or legal reasons. The availability and trouble-free function of the online sweepstakes, the data transfer as well as the social media communication of the respective social media providers Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter may be deactivated, removed, discontinued or changed due to external circumstances and unforeseen events that may impair or prevent the scheduled execution of the online sweepstakes. External circumstances and unforeseen events include the failure or impairment of hardware or software, technical malfunctions, network failure, the unauthorized intervention of third parties, legal decisions or technical malfunctions on the part of the social media providers Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter.
HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH shall be liable for breaches of contract that are based on intent or gross negligence.
Furthermore, HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH shall be liable for the negligent breach of fundamental contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which jeopardizes the achievement of the purpose of the contract, or for the breach of contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which make the proper execution of the online sweepstakes possible in the first place and on the compliance with which the participants regularly rely. In this case, HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH shall only be liable for the foreseeable damage typical for the contract, unless another of the cases listed in sentence 1 or sentence 2 applies at the same time.
The aforementioned limitation of liability shall also apply to the personal liability of legal representatives and vicarious agents of HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH.
The limitations of liability listed above shall not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health, for a defect following the assumption of guarantees of quality of a product and in the event of fraudulently concealed defects. Liability in accordance with product liability law shall remain unaffected.
12. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be void or unenforceable, or become void or unenforceable after participation, the validity of the remaining provisions of the terms and conditions shall in no way be affected. In the event of a void or unenforceable provision, a valid and enforceable provision that most closely approximates the economic intent pursued by the parties to the agreement in making the void or unenforceable provision shall take the place of the void or unenforceable provision. The above provisions shall apply accordingly in the event that the terms and conditions of participation prove to be incomplete.
13. Applicable Law
The online competition is subject to the applicable law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The German version of these terms and conditions shall be binding.
